Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Take accurate orders from guests, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about ingredients or dietary needs Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining a welcoming attitude and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining spaces, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing dishes or setting up serving stations when needed Manage cash transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale systems efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary requests or banquet needs Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining settings or food industry roles such as serving, catering, or banquet service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation techniques is a plus Experience working in hospitality environments that emphasize food safety and dietary accommodations Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with an active willingness to learn about new menu items and service procedures Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
