The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service to guests, taking lunch orders and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment. Sell gaming pull-tabs Uphold food handling safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through excellent hospitality. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests in a nightclub or bar setting. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in sales or catering is a plus but not required.
