JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas Maintain health and sanitation standards Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar Assist with dishwashing responsibilities throughout the shift, including washing, sanitizing, and organizing bar and kitchen service items as needed to support overall hotel operations. Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
