Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus or specials to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders when necessary, and minimizing waste through proper storage practices Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality settings; cocktail experience and mixology skills are essential Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety protocols are preferred Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or catering environments is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency for inventory management Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where every guest leaves with a smile!
