In this vibrant role, you'll be the face of our establishment, expertly handling food and beverage orders while delivering top-tier customer service. Whether mixing cocktails, serving fine dining dishes, or managing multiple tables, your enthusiasm and professionalism will keep our guests coming back for more. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations Manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in catering or banquet events as needed, providing seamless service in various settings such as nightclubs or private functions Skills Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Proficiency with POS systems. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables and tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage preparation techniques Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus for versatile service capabilities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and restaurant transactions Familiarity with the food industry's standards for alcohol serving, catering, brewing processes, and food safety regulations Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
