Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Create innovative drink recipes and assist in beverage menu development to enhance guest experience Serve food items with attention to presentation and quality, ensuring adherence to food safety standards Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Manage cash transactions accurately while processing payments and handling cash responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and kitchen station in compliance with health regulations Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience Strong knowledge of POS system; familiarity with cashiering functions is essential Demonstrated expertise in cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and beverage recipe development Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedure Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and order calculations are necessary Hospitality industry experience with a focus on customer satisfaction is highly valued Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality.
