Our bartenders greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. We are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Welcome, all guests with a genuine and delightful smile. Interact with guests as they arrive to the bar Use the guest name whenever possible Identify special occasions and extend wishes Be a team player. Support and be supported by your co-workers Work well with employees & managers Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and professional maturity Experience Minimum 1-year upscale bar experience.
