+ Wellness Club | Fort Wayne, IN Looking for a serving or bartending position with more dependable income than a traditional tipped wage? Wildwood pays $20/hour PLUS tips. We are a private member club looking for an experienced, dependable Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Because we are a private club rather than a traditional restaurant or bar, business volume varies depending on club activity, events, and the season. Some shifts are quieter, while busy nights and special events can generate significantly more activity. Either way, your base pay stays $20/hour, and tips are always additional. What You'll Do Provide friendly, attentive service to club members and guests Take food and beverage orders using Toast POS Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages using established recipes Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Stock and maintain the bar and service areas Assist with inventory counts and restocking Complete opening and closing duties Set and reset tables for regular service and special events Set up and remove table linens Roll/wrap silverware and prepare service items Sweep and clean dining, bar, and service areas Wipe down tables, bar surfaces, and workstations Move or put up chairs and tables as needed for cleaning, service, and events Assist with event setup, breakdown, and room resets Work with both FOH and BOH team members during service Perform other reasonable Food & Beverage duties as assigned Everyone on our team participates in maintaining the space. Serving, bartending, stocking, cleaning, setup, breakdown, and closing duties are all part of this position. Bartending Experience? Bartending experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right candidate. If you have solid serving or hospitality experience, a great attitude, and are willing to learn, we can train you on our cocktails and bar procedures. For eligible employees, we can also assist with obtaining the required Indiana alcohol server credentials. Experienced bartenders are absolutely encouraged to apply. Lunch:

Monday-Friday, approximately 10:00 AM-2:30

PM Dinner:

Monday-Saturday, approximately 5:00 PM-11:30 PM, occasionally as late as midnight

Special Events:

Additional daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled Our restaurant operates with separate lunch and dinner services, so flexibility and reliable transportation are important. We're Looking for

Someone Who Is:

Dependable and punctual Experienced in serving, hospitality, or bartending Friendly, professional, and comfortable building relationships with club members Comfortable working independently during quieter periods Able to handle busy services and special events Willing to learn bartending if not already experienced Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, setup, breakdown, and closing responsibilities Flexible with lunch, dinner, and event scheduling Able to obtain and maintain required Indiana alcohol service credentials when applicable Compensation $20.00 per hour + tips Tips vary by shift and business volume and are paid in addition to the guaranteed $20 hourly wage.
