Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and professionalism Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that enhances their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process orders and payments efficiently Follow food safety management practices to ensure all drinks are prepared in compliance with health regulations Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and responsible service policies Keep inventory organized, restock supplies as needed, and assist in closing procedures to ensure a smooth shift transition Experience Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
