About the Role Shoreline Brewery is looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Bartender/Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests, has a passion for great food and craft beer, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Bartender/Server, you'll be responsible for providing excellent hospitality while taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing drinks, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and helping create the fun, relaxed atmosphere Shoreline Brewery is known for. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personable service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food, craft beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and serve beer and mixed drinks according to Shoreline Brewery standards.
• Have a strong working knowledge of the brewery's beers, menu items, and daily specials.
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions about food and beverages.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit and provide timely service.
• Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service areas.
• Follow all responsible alcohol-service and food-safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and other side-work duties.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Represent Shoreline Brewery professionally and create memorable guest experiences. What We're Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to take care of guests.
• Previous bartending, serving, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge or enthusiasm for craft beer is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to handle cash and use a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry food and beverage trays.

Pay:
