This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere on slow nights but can step up the pace when the club gets busy.

Position Details Schedule:

Tuesday through

Saturday Shift Hours:

Starts at 4:45 PM. Closing time varies between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM depending on patron activity (if no patrons remain, the bar closes at 9:00 PM; otherwise, you will remain open until patrons wrap up for the night). Occasional special events or hall rentals may offer additional staffing opportunities.

Pay:

Above Minimum Wage Hourly Rate plus tips

Pay Frequency:

Weekly Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages to club members and their guests efficiently and courteously. Maintain a "clean as you work" mentality to keep the bar area organized, hygienic, and presentable at all times. Accurately track work hours and process member dues payments responsibly. Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful customer service that represents the club positively. Open and close the bar according to scheduled shift requirements and patron traffic.

Requirements & Qualifications Licensure:

Must possess and maintain all required local/state bartending credentials and supply documentation prior to an offer of employment. Must be bondable.

Work Ethic:

Comfortable managing downtime during slow shifts while remaining quick and efficient when the bar is busy.

Attributes:

High level of trustworthiness, strong attention to detail, and integrity.

Punctuality & Reliability:

Dependable attendance is required; must be fit for duty and free from the effects of alcohol or drugs during shifts.

Professional Image:

Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Benefits & Club Perks Paid Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas when falling on a scheduled workday).
