Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both fine dining and neighborhood bar settings. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Uphold high standards of food handling practices to ensure guest safety. Skills Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards. Familiarity with fine dining etiquette as well as nightclub service dynamics. Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively. Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
