Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Barback to support our bartending team and help create a fast, organized, and welcoming bar environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy atmosphere, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a team. Responsibilities Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies throughout shifts Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties Remove trash, wash glassware, and maintain sanitation standards Change kegs and refill ice bins as needed Support smooth service during busy hours Help maintain inventory and notify management of low stock Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Team-oriented with strong communication skills
