Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in bar tasks such as training new team members Experience Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues with a focus on craft beer, spirits, wine knowledge, and mixology techniques. Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail creation, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices. Previous food service experience with excellent customer service skills in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or catering events. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation and cash handling. Experience working in hospitality industry settings like banquet halls or retail food industry environments is highly valued.
