Job Responsibilities:

Follow Recipes to perfection. Present menus and provide detailed information about our authentic Italian dishes. Bartenders process customer drink orders accurately and efficiently. Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a positive dining experience. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations. Bartenders handle cash and electronic transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change. Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications:

Previous Serving or Bartending experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and a positive, customerfocused attitude. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift trays up to 25 pounds.

Bartenders earn $8/hour in wages and typically earn $20$22/hour in weekly tip share Servers earn $2.13/hour plus tips which is usually $25$30/ hour on average depending on shifts and hours worked Employee discounts on delicious Italian cuisine.
