• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Restock bar inventory and ensure that all supplies are readily available
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service Experience
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Basic math skills to accurately calculate bills and handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
• Ability to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
• Proficiency in handling food and beverages safely, including knowledge of proper storage and handling procedures
• Experience in cash handling, including making change, processing credit card payments, and balancing cash registers
