Trio's Alexandria We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth bar operation. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs, monitoring guest consumption, and preventing over-serving. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
