Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and supplies are well-stocked and sanitized according to food safety standards. Process cash and card transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to enhance the menu and excite guests' palates. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management during busy periods, supporting food service operations when needed during banquets or special events. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while multitasking seamlessly across bar duties. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Prior experience in hospitality industry roles such as food service or restaurant work is highly desirable. Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales, tips, and inventory management. Nightclub experience or banquet service background is a plus; familiarity with catering setups is advantageous.
