Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and reliable Barback to join our dynamic team in Kenner, United States. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth bar operations by maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and overall bar efficiency.

Stock and replenish bar supplies including glasses, ice, garnishes, and beveragesMaintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and glasswareAssist bartenders during peak hours by ensuring adequate inventory levelsTransport and organize supplies between storage areas and barMonitor ice levels and operate ice machineClean and sanitize bar equipment, surfaces, and glasswareDispose of trash and recyclables properlyAssist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveriesSupport closing procedures including cleaning and restockingMaintain organized storage areas and coolersQualificationsMust be 21 of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedlyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesDetail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of bar equipment and basic beverage inventory managementAvailable to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysPrevious bar or restaurant experience preferredUnderstanding of proper cleaning and sanitization proceduresBasic math skills for inventory counting and supply managementAbility to maintain a professional appearance and attitudeAdditional InformationBoyd Gaming is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
