We take pride in delivering warm hospitality, fresh seafood, great drinks, and an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive during busy shifts, and bring a positive, team-first attitude, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Bartender Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Provide knowledgeable, welcoming service at the bar and in dining areas as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Verify guest identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements. Process guest checks and payments accurately. Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth guest experience. Server Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival through departure. Describe menu items, seafood specials, beverages, and daily offerings with confidence. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while checking in on guest satisfaction. Maintain clean, organized tables and service stations. Handle cash, credit-card, and point-of-sale transactions accurately. Support teammates during busy shifts and help maintain a positive, professional dining environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred; training may be available for the right candidate. Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Comfortable standing and moving throughout a shift and lifting up to [30-40] pounds as needed. Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-volume service periods.
