You'll be the creative force behind our beverage program, crafting cocktails, pouring sake, recommending the perfect wine, and keeping the energy high at the bar. If you enjoy connecting with guests, this is the spot for you. What You'll Do Greet bar guests warmly and deliver attentive, personalized service from first pour to last call Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, wine, spirits, and other beverages with consistency and flair Take accurate drink and food orders using our POS system Handle cash and credit card transactions with speed and accuracy Recommend and upsell menu items—including specialty cocktails, sake, wines, spirits, and sushi dishes—to elevate the guest experience and boost sales Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Engage with guests, answer questions confidently, and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years old Proven bartending experience required Sushi restaurant experience is preferred Fine dining or nightclub experience is a bonus Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, high-energy attitude Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, sake, and beverage service techniques Ability to juggle multiple drink orders with strong time management and organizational skills Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation certifications Hands-on experience with food handling, food preparation, and hospitality standards
