This is a part-time position requiring evening, late-night, and weekend availability. The ideal candidate has experience in both serving and bartending, delivers friendly and attentive service, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable transitioning between bar and dining-room responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
- Entering orders and processing payments through the POS system
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service area
- Completing assigned opening and closing duties
- Following responsible alcohol-service and food-safety procedures
- Communicating effectively with coworkers, managers, and kitchen staff
- Supporting the front-of-house team during busy shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous serving and bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- POS and cash-handling experience
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Evening, late-night, and weekend availability required
- Ability to work through closing and complete assigned duties after service
