Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Barback and Food Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will support the bartenders and servers by maintaining a clean and organized bar area, assisting with food delivery, and ensuring that all service stations are fully stocked and ready to serve. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes promptly and efficiently Clear tables and bussing dishes to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of service areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of workspaces Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including food running and serving roles Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Experience with cleaning, bussing, and maintaining sanitation standards in busy settings Knowledge of banquet service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required Join us in delivering outstanding service with energy and professionalism!
