Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently. Ensure all food handling and serving procedures comply with food safety regulations to guarantee guest safety. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations while adhering to health standards in food industry environments. Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different hospitality settings. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in nightlife or hospitality environments such as nightclubs or banquet halls.
