Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS system for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service operations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties like processing payments and giving change. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service laws. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while managing cash handling responsibilities accurately. Basic math skills for cash transactions, sales calculations, and inventory management. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws; night club or catering experience is advantageous.
