Must Have Skills:

Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, brewing processes, and cocktail mixology Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; excellent basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests Knowledge of beverage recipe development and presentation techniques to elevate guest satisfaction Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including food service procedures, serving etiquette, and bar management principles Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS (Point of Sale) Toast & Clover accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales opportunities Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes; assist with stock replenishment as needed Handle cash transactions securely, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end Join us in delivering lively service experiences that keep guests coming back!
