In this energetic role, you'll support bartenders and the overall bar operation by ensuring the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and ready to serve guests. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, glassware, and supplies quickly and efficiently to keep service flowing smoothly Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash to uphold health standards Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks for guests when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas to ensure a tidy environment Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for handling cash or credit transactions accurately when required Help with food handling and catering setups for special events or banquets within the venue Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel food service enhances your suitability for this role Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential for creating positive guest interactions Kitchen experience or barista background can be advantageous in understanding food and beverage operations Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food industry standards is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced setting Join us as a vital part of our vibrant team!
