Tavern in the Square North Andover; Proudly independent, proudly local, and powerfully tied to community, an evolution of the classic neighborhood restaurant, is soon to be entering the community of North Andover and in search of passionate team members with an open mind and positive attitude for our newest location. We are seeking familiar faces to the industry to help provide a modern hospitality experience. We are known for our neighborhood vibe, scratch kitchen, craft cocktails and premium draft beer. POSITION SUMMARY A

Busser and Barbacks are the direct contact with our clientele. You should be organized, engaging, responsible and ready to be hospitable in order to provide a lasting experience. You should be studious about menu items, restaurant policy and hospitality. Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Positive role model to all team members. Looking to tap into the restaurant world and get experience? We always prefer to promote form within. Ability to work with open table and quote wait times Demonstrated time management and organizational skills Strength in guest service Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
