Neroli is committed to creating traditional Italian cuisine using only the finest ingredients and classical preparation. We are seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about the art of mixology. Candidate is great at making sure the guests feel special. Candidates must be enthusiastic, open to instruction, willing to learn, and able to work quickly and efficiently. Part time position available with possibility of moving to full time. 2+ years in a restaurant Excellent customer service skills Must be TIPS certified Job Requirements Efficient Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and exert well-paced mobility in a HIGH Volume bar Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting Advanced knowledge of drink making technique and application Personable and able to convey messages clearly and concisely Ability to adapt to changing demands as related to a food and beverage operation Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to work well with a team Maintain high standards of production, productivity, and quality Strong interpersonal skills Take a head-on approach to problem solving Ensure Food and Drink Safety in all areas of the Ristorante Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant including nights, weekends and holidays as required Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards Interact with customers, take orders, and serve dinner and drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age Upsell additional products when appropriate Handle cash transactions accurately Proficiency with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
