What You'll Do Provide polished, welcoming service in a luxury cocktail lounge setting Guide guests through premium Scotch, Champagne, cocktails, and refined food offerings Confidently recommend pairings, features, and enhancements Maintain an elegant, detail‑driven guest environment Support bar service, setup, and operational standards Work evenings and weekends as part of a professional team Who You Are Passionate about fine spirits, cocktails, food, and elevated hospitality Experienced in upscale bars, lounges, or refined dining environments Confident, articulate, and guest‑focused Comfortable upselling while educating with authenticity Polished, dependable, and detail‑oriented Preferred Experience Knowledge of Scotch regions, Champagne, or cocktail craftsmanship Wine or spirits certifications (WSET, whisky programs) are a plus Experience with chef‑driven menus, caviar service, or curated tastings Why Join Us Join a team that values craftsmanship, culture, and elevated guest experiences.
