This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service across multiple roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to move efficiently and with a sense of urgency. Familiarity with the Toast POS system is preferred to ensure smooth order processing and service flow. Duties Greet and seat guests as a Hostess, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently as a Server or Bartender, ensuring guest satisfaction. Prepare and serve beverages responsibly as a Bartender, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar. Deliver food orders promptly as a Foodrunner, ensuring timely service and presentation. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service across all roles. Use the Toast POS system for order entry, processing payments, and managing tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address needs promptly and professionally. Move with a sense of urgency to meet guest expectations and support team efficiency. Requirements Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Effective communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members. Ability to move quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience or familiarity with the Toast POS system is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Flexibility to perform multiple roles as needed within the restaurant setting. Positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm for providing outstanding guest service. Pay:
