Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and food safety practices to ensure high-quality service. Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Knowledge of brewing processes is a plus for crafting specialty drinks. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly manner. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
