Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and Bartender, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our events and dining venues. This energetic position combines the art of serving with expert beverage service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly service while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will help create memorable moments for our guests during special events, banquets, and fine dining occasions. Responsibilities Set up banquet areas with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens to prepare for upcoming events. Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine knowledge and drink garnishing, in accordance with safety guidelines. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service periods to uphold hygiene standards. Engage with guests to provide exceptional guest relations, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, billing, and payment handling accurately. Support catering setups and breakdowns, ensuring smooth transitions between events while adhering to food handling and food safety protocols. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is highly desirable. Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. Experience in banquet or fine dining settings preferred; ability to handle multiple tables or events simultaneously. Knowledge of beverage service techniques, including wine knowledge and drink presentation. Basic math skills for handling bills, tips, and cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly, energetic attitude to enhance guest experiences.
