Smoothie Bar Team Member

Overview Greenskeeper Smoothies is a new Smoothie Bar in Berwick, ME located at Club 72, an indoor golf simulator studio. We focus on high-quality, local ingredients, quick service, and creating a fun, welcoming experience for our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have fun making colorful, drool-worthy smoothies & bowls and interact with customers who are excited for a delicious and healthy treat. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies and light food items with precision and care. Take customer orders and process transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area, adhering to food safety and handling standards. Manage cash handling duties, including cash register operation and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Requirements Previous barista or food service experience, especially within cafés or smoothie bars, is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively engage with guests. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
