Our bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
Pay Rate:
Hourly rate is $8.00/hr plus tips Responsibilities
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Full knowledge of menu/bar/wine
  • Clearly explain chef specials and answer questions
  • The ability to suggestively sell and recommend wine pairings
  • Provide guests with happy hour specials, and upcoming promotions
  • Maintains positive guest relations, including greeting guests with eye contact and a smile and wishing guests a fond farewell as guests depart, and offers excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
  • Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
  • Working knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes for each drink
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of wine, liquor beer and menu, as well as guest offerings, and accurately answers guest questions regarding all aspects of the restaurant
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Knows and understands the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group Mission Statement and Core Values, serving as an Ambassador to the brand and upholds the integrity of Joe Vicari Restaurant Group by demonstrating ethical behaviors
Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Over 21 years of age Well-spoke/articulate At least 3 years of fine dining experience Relevant training certificate (TIPS-Alcohol Awareness)
