Candidates are expected to perform the following tasks while serving as an ambassador of Bloomfield Hills Country Club to Members and Teammates at all times.

Hourly Compensation Negotiable + Tip Share Job Summary The Executive Bartender is responsible for leading the Beverage Program at the Bloomfield Hills Country Club while providing an exceptional experience to our Members and their guests through the use of Club's standards and execution of all Service Guarantees. Organization, planning and production are essential qualities for this position. It requires a hospitable personality with a calm and organized disposition, and leadership qualities. The Executive Bartender is expected to work closely with teammates within the Service Department as well as Managers at the Club; constant communication with both is expected. The Executive Bartender will be responsible for the operation and coverage of all beverage outlets on a daily basis while also working towards future improvements of all areas. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Report to your work area on time in full accordance of BHCC uniform and appearance standards. Follow all Food and Beverage Standards and Procedures. Establish, adjust, train and monitor standards within the Bar program on a continued basis. Track and maintain monthly beverage inventories. Understand and operate JONAS on all levels (daily user through program management). Invigorate wine/cocktail program through the use of new techniques, standards and recipes when applicable Establish and withhold area standards for all beverage-related areas within the Club. Maintain full communication with Management. Maintain a hospitable attitude towards members, guests and teammates. Full knowledge and understanding of BHCC House Rules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas during service. Ability to act as Closing Manager on an as-needed Basis. All other duties related to the success of the Food and Beverage operation
