Job Summary:

Tawas Bay Beach Resort is seeking energetic and friendly Seasonal Bartender to join our team at Bikinis Bar, our outdoor tiki bar located right on the beach. This fast-paced, fun environment requires individuals who thrive in a social setting and are committed to providing excellent customer service while creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging way Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance Handle cash and process payments accurately Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed Follow all Michigan liquor laws and health/safety regulations Work as part of a team to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications:

Previous bar tending or food service experience preferred, but not required Must be at least 18 years old (21 preferred for alcohol service experience) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:

Outdoor beach setting with exposure to sun and varying weather conditions Standing for extended periods of time Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
