Role:

As a Server Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our dining room team by ensuring seamless service, impeccable table presentation, and a smooth guest experience. During the rooftop season, this position will also assist with bar operations, helping maintain an energetic, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Support servers with table maintenance, resets, and guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room Assist with food and beverage running as needed Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff Provide occasional bar support on the rooftop, including assisting bartenders, restocking, and guest service Uphold fine-dining service standards and attention to detail
