You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, along with making craft cocktails to our recipe. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the food industry, particularly in casual dining or nightlife settings. Duties Greet and seat your guests in a warm and inviting manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Make craft cocktails to our recipe Uphold restaurant standards for service quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in casual dining or night environments. Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu items and specials. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
