Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in placing orders for bar supplies. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations to enhance their experience. Process transactions accurately using cash registers. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving for resolution to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Experience using cash registers or Aloha POS systems is beneficial but not required.
