Hourly, Non-exempt Work Hours:

6:00am - 4:30pm Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday, or 4 days a week 6am-noon, 9am-2pm, 12pm-4pm.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Meet the production schedule for their area Minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Manufacture urethane parts per specifications and work instructions Maintain the "Order, Organization, Cleanliness" of the factory Maintain accurate paperwork Follow all documented standard operating procedures. Sign off on appropriate documentation as required. Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling Communicate information to and from relevant parties as required Provide input for process and productivity improvements Job responsibilities vary based on job assignment Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent Capable of reading technical drawings Proficient in the use of computers. Excellent communications skills Must possess attention to detail, follow thru, and accuracy of tasks Understanding of lean manufacturing principles Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift Able to lift 50 pounds Able to wear nose and mouth coverings
