Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Barback and Busser, where you'll play a vital role in creating an energetic and seamless experience for our guests. In this lively position, you will support bartenders by maintaining a clean and organized bar area, assisting with beverage service, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning bar surfaces, sinks, and equipment to meet safety standards Buss tables promptly by clearing dishes, glassware, and trash to keep dining areas tidy and inviting Support food service by delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables with accuracy and care Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, boxes, or trash bags while adhering to proper lifting techniques Ensure compliance with food service bar safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or bar environments is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key Knowledge of bar cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and venue beverage service practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Nightclub or catering experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for working in lively settings is essential Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, or kitchen experience can be advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to an energetic venue. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
