Job Overview:

You will be working in a private club based on Veterans and active-Duty milatary (American Legion). You will also be cooking on a small grill until 7pm. We are looking for evening people to work part time. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Shift4 POS or, handling cash and credit payments efficiently. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste and controlling costs. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, casual dining, nightclub, or catering environments. Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs professionally.
