Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take food and beverage orders accurately using Cake POS systems process cash transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and excellent service standards Skills Knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and wine varieties Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising quality Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Experience with cash handling, cashiering, retail math, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and inventory management This role is perfect for passionate people eager to showcase their bartending and serving talents while providing memorable dining experiences.
