Job Summary We are seeking a Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Lead nightly bar service, setting the pace and quality standard for the rest of the bar team and step in to mentor and train newer bartenders on recipes, technique, and guest experience. Partner with the Beverage Director to develop, test, and refine seasonal cocktail menus, providing hands-on input on flavor balance, technique, and cost of goods. Maintain consistency and quality control across the cocktail program by batching, prepping, and executing recipes to spec even during high-volume service. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of beverage recipe development and crafting unique drinks tailored to guest preferences. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly. Food handling certification and TIPS certification preferred; hospitality industry experience required.
