We're seeking someone who delivers excellent hospitality, works confidently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating high-quality craft cocktails. Responsibilities Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming guest experience Learn and consistently execute Best Kept Secret's cocktail recipes and presentation standards Make thoughtful drink recommendations and answer questions about the menu Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other cocktail ingredients Process payments and maintain accurate tabs Monitor guests and serve alcohol responsibly Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service requirements Support fellow bartenders, barbacks, and other team members during busy shifts Complete opening and closing duties What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience required; craft-cocktail experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and proper bartending techniques Friendly, confident, and professional communication Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking initiative Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during high-volume service Willingness to work nights and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds A team-oriented attitude and genuine interest in hospitality What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips A fun, high-energy work environment Opportunities to expand your craft-cocktail knowledge and grow with the team Flexible scheduling A supportive and collaborative team
