Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items at the bar or in designated dining areas. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly to keep lines moving during busy hours. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Experience Must have experience in the kitchen. Must know how to cook basic food. Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong foundation in mixology. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills. Previous experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse clientele.
