Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Square POS , processing cash and card transactions with precision. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience while staying within brand guidelines. Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills during busy hours. Assist in bar management duties when needed, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems such as Square; cash handling and basic math skills are essential. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically. Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and catering or banquet service is preferred. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
