Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and Michigan liquor laws. Create a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional guest service. Take beverage orders from guests and service staff accurately and efficiently. Recommend cocktails, wine, sake, beer, and specialty beverages to enhance the dining experience. Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Process orders accurately using the restaurant POS system. Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs. Assist servers with beverage service during peak business hours. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Complete opening, closing, and side work duties. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, sake, and spirits. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts. Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality.
