JOB DUTIES

Provide exceptional customer service Educate customers on who we are, our spirits and our cocktails Learn, memorize and execute cocktails, technique and presentation Strong communication with team members to ensure accurate, efficient service Diligently conduct transactions from ringing in drinks, to bottle sales, to properly handling cash Assist with a range of opening and closing activities and event set up tasks Contribute to new cocktail menu development Attend staff meetings and trainings Maintain a positive, respectful, upbeat attitude Build the brand and get customers to come back again

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Beverage experience required. While we are a craft cocktail bar, we'll transform beer and shot bartenders and baristas into talented craft cocktail bartenders. Experience with BOH prep and other cocktail ingredients a plus. Willingness to learn, contribute to a team environment and desire to grow professionally. Infectious personality with a passion for our spirits and our story Honesty and respect for yourself, the craft and the business is paramount.

Required:

Minimum 2 years CURRENT experience in a Cocktail forward Bar Willing to work a rotating schedule Must have Friday and/or Saturday availability as well as Wednesday and Thursday Someone Guest and Teamwork Oriented We pool tips based on number of hours worked, this is non-negotiable Must have reliable Transportation and able to work past 12am when necessary

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
